Everyone has made this such an easy, pain free process!  Rhonda is on the top of her game.  I haven't had to call and ask when such and such is going to get done, because she is always at least one step ahead of me!!  I would recommend her to anyone and have.  I know she is looking out for me and my best interest, so I literally have not worried about one single thing.  Very positive experience....
