This is not the first house Rhonda has sold for me.  That's the reason I went back to her.  One thing that I admire and respect about her is that she's honest.  She presents your property in a very professional manner, because she advertises far and above outside of Oklahoma.  So, when I got ready to sell the second property, I went back to her.  She found a buyer from Wisconsin.  I call that very good.
