Rhonda is a very sweet Realtor®.  I was trying to sell our land in Oklahoma, and we live in Nebraska.  Someone called me to say they wanted to buy the land, and we said ok and signed papers.  It looked real, but it was a scam.  I called Rhonda, and she was very helpful.  She did some investigating and found that the land was still in our name.  I was glad about that.  I asked Rhonda to put it on the market, and she did.  It all started in November of last year, and she had her work cut out for her.  We are in Nebraska, and the buyer was in California.  Rhonda had to go through a lot of hoops, but she got it done for us.
