I wanted to express how grateful we were to have Rhonda with Sunshine Realty represent us with our real estate transaction. We live in a different state and had some challenges with getting old documents.  She did everything she said she would do. She went above and beyond to help us complete the transaction. Rhonda always kept us informed and was polite and not pushy.
